I’m still mad at him for slobbering all over GTA4. Also, he kind of missed the boat on Super Mario Kart Wii. In fact, I think everyone kind of missed the boat on SMKW, it’s actually pretty great.

You need to fiddle with it a bit to make it great. The out of the box experience is too crowded, frenetic, chaotic and has too much negative-feedback (like the blue shell). But with fewer racers and strategic power-ups turned on, it’s a great little racing game. Maybe the single-player experience is really terrible, I wouldn’t know and don’t really care. Oh, also, the wee-wee wheel sucks, that probably didn’t help.
